In 1977, with over a decade of experience, Fred Wehba was appointed as president of a large supermarket chain in Denver. In this capacity, he was responsible for marketing initiatives and property improvements. During this time, Fred Wehba continued to develop his interests in real estate investment.
C. Frederick Wehba was born and raised in northwest Texas and received a bachelor’s degree from North Texas State University. There, he met his wife Susan and began studying the real estate market. After participating in a number of successful transactions, C. Frederick Wehba and his family moved out to the West Coast in 1989.
In addition to his charitable contributions, Fred Wehba has left his mark on the business world. Los Angeles Mayor Tom Bradley recognized Wehba as 1990 Man of the Year for his excellent work ethic and use of his position to pursue altruistic endeavors.
